Canalo Des Pou

Cala en Bosc (also known in some local nautical routes as the channel area near s’Arenal / the access channel of Es Pou) is located on the southwest coast of Menorca, within the surroundings of Ciutadella de Menorca, and is characterised by a more open and gently contoured geography than many of the island’s other coves. The coastline here combines small inlets, natural channels and sheltered swimming areas, with turquoise waters and sandy seabeds.

The experience around Es Pou is defined by ease of access and the tranquillity of the marine environment. It is a popular area for leisure cruising, offering the possibility of anchoring in sheltered spots and a gentler, calmer sea ideal for swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing on board. Unlike some of Menorca’s wilder coves, the landscape here maintains a balance between nature and a discreet presence of coastal services, making it a comfortable stop within a nautical route along the southwest coast of the island.
