Cala Mitjana

Cala Mitjana

Cala Mitjana, on the southeast coast of Mallorca within the municipality of Santanyí, is a cove accessible only by sea or on foot, preserving its untouched character and low visitor density. From the water, it appears as a discreet inlet between low cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation, with exceptionally clear light-blue waters and sandy seabeds contrasting against the surrounding rock formations.

The surroundings maintain a completely natural aesthetic, with no visible infrastructure or alterations to the landscape, reinforcing its sense of isolation. It is a destination for brief anchoring, designed for swimming and quiet observation of the environment, where silence and the clarity of the water define the experience. Cala Mitjana forms part of the wildest stretch of Mallorca’s southeast coastline, functioning as a brief, pure and essential stop within the navigation route.
