Cala S' Almunia

Cala S' Almunia

Cala S’Almunia, on the southeast coast of Mallorca within the municipality of Santanyí, is a small rocky enclave that preserves a deeply local character. Rather than an open sandy beach, it is formed by a series of stone platforms and access points carved into the rock, where old fishermen’s huts blend naturally into the landscape. From the sea, it appears as a contained cove with a narrow entrance and intensely blue, crystal-clear waters.

Anchoring nearby offers a highly direct connection with the surroundings: swimming directly from the yacht, snorkelling above transparent rocky seabeds and experiencing a strong sense of isolation just metres from the coastline. The absence of infrastructure reinforces its authenticity, making it a brief yet highly distinctive stop within a route along the southeast coast of Mallorca, particularly when combined with Caló des Moro, to which it is directly connected by land.
