Es Vergeret is located within a traditional estate known as “Es Vergeret,” on Mallorca’s northern coastline, in a setting where the Serra de Tramuntana descends towards the sea through a sequence of cliffs and native vegetation. The building, with more than four decades of history, has evolved over time while preserving its essential character as a rural construction integrated into the landscape, without altering the natural reading of its surroundings.

The experience at Es Vergeret is defined by its expansive terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, offering direct views of the cove and the wild environment surrounding it. Native vegetation and rugged topography frame a scene of remarkable visual openness, where the sea becomes the central element of the experience.
